  • Milk
  • Espresso coffee

Cappuccino is a source of all-Italian pride and is the optimal ingredient for a very tasty breakfast. For the original recipe, you'll need 125 ml of milk and 25 ml of coffee. You can prepare a creamy cappuccino, even if you don't have specific tools to froth the milk foam — just a simple glass jar will do. Fill it a third of the way up with milk – the size of the jar depends on the amount of foam that you want to achieve – and close the lid. Shake it vigorously for at least 30 seconds. Remove the lid and heat the jar in the microwave for another 30 seconds.

The milk froth is then added to the coffee, which you've already poured into a large cup.
