The moka is easy to use and gives a full-bodied coffee that's rich in aroma. Here are three tips to prepare the perfect Italian coffee. 1. The coffee must not be ground too finely. 2. Fill the filter with ground coffee, without pressing the powder too hard. 3. Place the coffee maker on the stove but keep the flame low. The coffee has to brew slowly and spread its scent in the air.​
