- Half liter (2 cups) of milk
- 9 oz (250 g) of cream
- 1 sheet of gelatine
- Lemon peel
- 2 1/2 oz (70 g) of sugar
- 6 Cuoricini
HOW TO PREPARE THEM
Evaporate half the milk on the stove, add the sheet of gelatine previously rehydrated in water and leave them to cool.
Before it sets, add the whipped cream, mix well and put it into single-portion aluminum molds, filling them half way.
Place them in the fridge.
On a plate, add Cuoricini cookies: one lengthways and one on top.
If you want to, as a garnish, add a mint leaf and a drizzle of chocolate sauce on the side.
