- 12 Mulino Bianco Black & Green Olive Sfilati breadsticks
- 11 ounces fresh, sushi-grade salmon fillet, diced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon capers, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
HOW TO PREPARE THEM
1. Mix the salmon in a bowl with lemon juice, capers, and chives. Drizzle with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Serve with breadsticks.
