Olive Sfilati with Fresh Salmon Tartare

INGREDIENTS

(serves 12)
  • 12 Olive Sfilati
  • 11 oz (300 g) of fresh salmon
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Chives
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped capers
  • Salt and pepper​

HOW TO PREPARE THEM

Dice the salmon, put it in a bowl and season with lemon juice, chopped capers, chopped chives and a drizzle of oil adding salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with the Sfilati.
