Olive Sfilati with Fresh Salmon Tartare

INGREDIENTS

(Makes 12 appetizers)
  • 12 Mulino Bianco Black & Green Olive Sfilati breadsticks
  • 11 ounces fresh, sushi-grade salmon fillet, diced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon capers, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

HOW TO PREPARE THEM

1. Mix the salmon in a bowl with lemon juice, capers, and chives. Drizzle with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

2. Serve with breadsticks.
