- 1/2 fennel, chopped
- 2 pears, washed, peeled and cut into pieces
- 5 mint leaves
HOW TO PREPARE THEM
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
2. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
3. Serve with your favorite Mulino Bianco cookie, like Pan di Stelle or Cuoricini.
